1. Nature of Personalized Products

Most of our products are custom-made and personalized, which means they are uniquely created for you and cannot be resold.

For this reason, we maintain a limited but fair return policy.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged item

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product

  • The engraving differs significantly from what was submitted

3. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, font, or alignment (as slight differences may occur in handcrafted items)

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

4. Return Request Timeline

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Return the parcel within 14 days of approval return request .

Requests made outside these timeframes may not be eligible.

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or claim:

  1. Contact our support team

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

6. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Important Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the issue is our fault)

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Exchanges & Replacements

In cases where a product is defective or incorrect:

  • We may offer a replacement at no additional cost

  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued

We prioritize resolving issues quickly and fairly.

8. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover return costs

  • For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production starts quickly:

  • Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • After this period, modifications may not be possible

We recommend reviewing all personalization details carefully before checkout.
